Introduction: In almost every identity management project, one challenge keeps coming back. Employees join the company, move to different departments, or leave the organization. Yet user accounts often remain outdated. I have seen new employees wait hours for system access. I have also seen former employees keep active accounts for days after leaving. Both situations create business problems. This is where the 3Ds of JML—Joiner, Mover, and Leaver—become essential inside SailP
